Longtime Florida Horseman Steve Holland Passes Away

ORLANDO, FL–JUNE 9, 2022–Robert Steven Holland, age 82, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Robert was born May 16, 1940, in Winter Garden, Florida.
Holland was heavily involved in Quarter Horse racing mostly in Louisiana. According to Equibase stats since 2000, racing in the name T M Ranch, his runners have compiled a (502) 77-72-58 record and earned more than $2.48 million.
A big supporter of the LQHBA Yearling Sale, Holland purchased and campaigned such horses as LQHBA Louisiana Million Futurity(RG1) winner Ol Time Preacher Man, restricted Grade 2 winner Heza Louisiana Dash, restricted Grade.2 winner Jls Dash N Fire, RG2-placed No Politics Here, restricted G2 winner Cant Catacorona to name only a few.
Holland was a vocal and fervent supporter of the OPD and other law enforcement agencies. Therefore, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider donating to The Hometown Heroes Alliance in Steve's Honor.
Steve is survived by his daughter Sandra Williams and son Mark Holland (Donna Doxsee), grandchildren and great grandchildren. Steve is predeceased by his wife Constance Britt Holland.
At this time, the family will hold a private service with a remembrance gathering for his friends and extended family to he held at a later date.
